Athlete’s foot is a common fungal infection of the skin also known as tinea pedis. The fungus thrives in warm, damp environments, such as the locker rooms, health clubs, public showers, and indoor swimming pools.
Treat athlete’s foot using garlic – Either crush or blend a couple cloves of garlic. Then rub it into the skin where you have athlete’s foot. It will take 2 to 3 days to heal all of the dry dead skin but works great.
One of the best ways to cure athlete’s foot is by using tea tree oil. This amazing oil has many antifungal properties that will help get rid of any type of bacteria build up on your feet.
